Last weekend we decided to take advantage of the fact that we live in Vegas. There are so many things we can do besides movie and dinner which we normally do on a weekend. We took a few hours on Saturday and felt like tourist in Vegas. We went to the M&M factory and now that's pretty much all Brendyn wants to talk about. He always says mom tell me the story about the M&M factory. He is too cute. We also went to the Coca Cola factory (which is pretty much a gift store now...bummer) and to game works! Here are a few pictures...

This past week we took advantage of the perfect weather we have been having . We decided to have a picnic and end with some baseball. Brendyn did such a good job at hitting the ball almost every time. His longest hit was 50 feet probably better then what I could do. :)

February Fun

Our Blog has needed an update for a LoNg time now! So here are some pictures of things we did in Feb! For the first time this winter we went to Mt.Charleston. Brendyn and Buster were in heaven. They LOVED playing in the snow.



John and I were able to take a few days alone for our 4 year anniversary. We went to Laughlin...it's so nice to get away once and awhile with out kids!

CHRISTMAS COOKIES! MMMM....

This Christmas we decided to make cookies for Santa. We were watching Ashley’s niece and my Mom was staying with us for the holidays. The kids had a lot a fun with the flower, rolling the dough and trying to cut the shapes out recognizably for Santa. We left them out with a cup of milk and you would think Santa would have scarfed em down but they were filled with TOO much flower…kids. They looked good.

We Love Chistmas Time!

We Love this time of year. Brendyn and I were finishing our shopping trip and as I paid for our things I passed Brendyn my change. I was in a really big hurry so I zoomed past the Salvation Army bell ringer who people were giving money to. I explained to Brendyn that people put money in the red bucket for children who don't have food, clothes and toys ect...As I was fastening him into his seat he said "Mommy I want to give them my money." So I got him out again and he put his money in the bucket. The lady even let Brendyn ring the bell, which he loved. It was definitely one of those monents as a parent where all the time and effort is paid off. I am so proud of our little guy. He is growing up so fast. He speaks well and will hold long conversations with you about things you can tell he charishes. John & I just hope we can teach him the real meaning of the Holidays.
